Majestic 12

( Also known as MJ-12, Majic, Majesty Twelve, Majority Twelve )
MJ-12 was created as a control group authorized by President Truman on 24th September, 1947. Then head of the CIA, Admiral Roscoe H. Hillenkoetter, was named to be director of the the group which's all investigations and operations were DOUBLE TOP SECRET classified. The control group was formed to oversee a highly classified Research and Development & Intelligence Operation and was responsible only to the President. The need for this group was dictated by the finding of a downed flying saucer scattered over two sites near the town of Roswell, New Mexico in July 1947.The dead bodys of 4 small-human like aliens were also found. Majestic Twelve has been the most highly classified secret in the United States and its existance has never been divulged to Congress. The funds for MJ-12 are CIA confidential ( non-appropriated , in budget sometimes covered-up with a fake name or then just simply not mentioned, as being black projects ).
The name is pretty describing, all the original 12 members were top personnel from military, intelligence services, physics, medicine, etc...originally there were 12 members, but all of them have died by now and been succeeded by new ones. The number of members by now is known to be at least 36. The original members were ( as in pictures below, from left to right ):

Roscoe H. Hillenkoetter: First Director of Central Intelligence ( 1947-50 ). In 1960 he acknowledged that there was a UFO cover-up.

Vannevar Bush: Chairman of the Joint Research and Development Board ( 1945-49 ). He took important roll in developin the atomic bomb. Also he's been advisor to the President.

James Forrestal: First US Secretary of Defence. In 1949, he was said to have gone insane and after been to mental treatment finally committed a "suicide" by jumping from the fifteenth story window of a hospital. General opinion is that this was absolutely contrived. After Forrestal's dead he was replaced by General Walter B. Smith.

Nathan F. Twining: Commander of Air Materiel Command at Wright Field, later Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the US's highest military position.

Hoyt S. Vandenberg: Chief of Military Intelligence and second Director of Central Intelligence.

Detlev Bronk: A biophysicist. Head of the National Academy of Science and Chairman of the Medical Advisory Board of the Atomic Energy Committee.

Jerome Hunsaker: Renowned aircraft designer and Chairman of the National Security Committee on Aeronautics.

Sidney Souers: First Director of Central Intelligence ( 1946 ). Appointed first Executive Secretary of National Security Council in 1947.

Gordon Gray: Assistant Secretary of the Army. Later he became the National Security Advisor and Director of CIA's Psychological Strategy Board.

Donald Menzel: Originally he was classed as a UFO debunker. However, man had a TOP SECRET ULTRA Clearance and close connections with other MJ-12 scientists and it was proved that he made a number of trips to new Mexico in 1947 and 1948 on government's expenses. He also was a security advisor to several presidents.

Robert M. Montague: Head of the Special Weapons Project at the Atomic Energy Commission in New Mexico.

Lloyd V. Berkner: Executive Secretary of the Joint Research and Development Board, also member of the CIA-funded UFO committee in the 1950s.

The first series of evidence that Flying Saucers are real came at the close of WWII when captured German documents revealed that the Germans had recovered a downed Saucer in 1939. The Germans spent the rest of the war attempting to build a duplicate craft at a secret location which was found after the war. The craft was built and was being tested when the war ended. The craft fell into american hands and has been cloaked in secrecy ever since. The Germans had not been able to reproduce the metallurgy nor had they been able to learn the secret of propulsion. The recovered craft was a conglomeration of conventional and cutting edge technology of the time. Even though German documents revealed that a real Flying Saucer had been in German hands, no such craft was ever found. Skepticism prevented further research. Much of this information can be verified through records and books published on WWII aviation and other subjects. The second piece of evidence of alien visitors surfaced in 1946 when General James H. Doolittle was sent to Spitzbergen Sweden to examine what was described as but not named a Flying Saucer. His official report discribed a craft the likes of which existed nowhere in the known world. The craft was placed under tight security but remained in Sweden. This is a matter of record, however skepticism prevailed.
The situation became serious and believable when the Roswell incident occurred on 07/07/47. Within six months of this crash a great deal of reorganization of agencies and shuffling of people took place. The main thrust behind the original "Security Lid", and the very reason for its contruction, was the analysis and attempted duplication of the technologies of the discs. The activity was headed up by the following groups:

    The Research and Development Board ( R&DB )
    Air Force Research an Development ( AFRD )
    The Office of naval Research ( ONR )
    CIA Office of Scientific intelligence ( CIA-OSI )
    NSA Offce of Scientific Intelligence ( NSA-OSI )

This incident was also the catalyst in the formation of Majestic Twelve by President Harry Truman with an Executive Order 01156 that closed the door on the subject. The use of Deadly Force was authorized in order to contain the secret and has been used. Of particular concern was the level of technology of the craft and the fact that the bodys recovered were obviously not of terrestrial origin. It was also disturbing that the vehicle seemed to be a short range reconnaissance craft. This finding was due primarily to the fact that no food, water or other provisions of any kind could be found. This indicated that there were more aliens and more flying saucers with an unknown mission and with a technology that was far beyond our reach. The concern escaleted when a second crash occurred on 12th of June in 1950 on the Mexican side of the Texas/Mexican border. The craft struck the earth at such a high speed that very little could be found. What was found was taken to a nearby Atomic Energy Commission facility for examination. It was determined that the pieces recovered belonged to a similar craft as that recovered at Roswell.
It was decided that the alien technology must be kept out of foreign hands at all costs. A world wide network was established to identify fallen alien craft so that they would be recovered only by the U.S. Subsequent craft were recovered near Aztec, New Mexico, and near Laredo, Texas. Over the years alien craft have been recovered not only in the United States but all over the world. The most recent to common knowledge was in late 1975 or early 1976 when a craft was recovered from a small island off the coast of Norway after having been shot down by the Norwegian Air Force. It was recovered by OPERATION UFO and BLUEFLY teams. The craft was delivered to Kirtland AFB, and the Alien bodys to Homestead Air Force Base both of which are designated as secure storage and examination areas for recovered alien craft and alien bodys. Some other designated areas are Holloman AFB, Edwards AFB, Kirtlant AFB, Vandenberg AFB, and Wright Patterson AFB. Some are overseas for those objects that are too large or for some other reason cannot be transported to the U.S.
The first face to face meeting between agents of Majestic 12 and the aliens occurred on April 30th, 1964 at Holloman AFB. A special area was designated and 3 Alien craft landed. A second landing occurred in May of -64. Contact, meetings, and communications have existed ever since. An agreement was reached and an alien underground base was established near the small town of Dulce, New Mexico. Another underground facility was built at Groom Lake, Nevada. The result of the meeting with the aliens and the result of diplomatic overtures resulted in the finding that the aliens needed human blood & other human biological fluids to survive. The aliens avowed that the toll would be minimal and they agreed to furnish a list of victims to MJ-12 on a periodec basis. The level of their technology left Majestic Twelve helpless but to agree. An agreement was reached whereby a certain number of humans would disappear and in return the aliens would furnish a list of the victims and would aid the U.S. in becoming the dominate world military power by furnishing the U.S. with alien technology. In this way it was believed that they had bought enough time to perfect a defense against the aliens.
All of the early space flights were accompanied by alien craft. The later orbiting of the moon and the subsequent moon landings revealed a large Alien base on the moon. The craft on the moon are much larger than our biggest aircraft carrier. They account for some of the sightings which describe "football field sized flying saucer" or "mothership from which smaller craft emerged or into which smaller craft entered". Due to the danger involved and the desire not to antagonize the aliens, further exploration of the moon was cancelled. A projected moonbase was scrapped. Our space program withered while the Russians ( from whom United States kept the aliens a secret ) surged ahead. It was theorized that if the Russians became too agressive in space the aliens would destroy them and thus eliminate the communist threat for US. This theory was proved to be wrong as the Russian space effort continued without interuption and became dominate.
During the 50s the first obvious animal mutilations occurred. The animals involved were cattle, sheep, horses, occassional dogs & cats, and even a few scattered humans. After historical research was conducted it was determined that the phenomenon had been occurring for at least the last 100 years within the American continent. One of the humans was a Sargeant at the White Sands Proving Grounds. Witnesses saw him being abducted into an alien craft and later he was found mutilated in the same way as the other animals. These incidents continued off and on until through discussions with the aliens in the 60s they agreed to that they would leave no evidence of human involvement. The other animal mutilations continued. Our end of the bargain was to conceal the animal mutilations. After 1970 it became obvious that the aliens were violating the agreement. They began ( or it was just discovered ) to abduct humans and perform experiments which included surgical operations, implants, sexual assualts, impregnation of female humans, collection of human ova & sperm, post hypnotic suggestion ( or something similar ), erasure of memory, and kidnapping. Some abduction victims were given to believe that they had undergone a religious experience. It was believed by some that they had seen God, or Jesus, or Angels, etc. It was subsequently learned that many people were not returned and disappeared altogether.
Great concern was manifested when it was learned that these missing people were not listed by the aliens as had been previously agreed upon. When a group was held hostage at the underground base near Dulce, New Mexico in 1979 a rescue attempt was made which resulted in failure and the death of over 60 military personnel. It has become obvious that the aliens are conducting genetic experiments on humans. Prosthetic genetic material has been found in the genetic structure of some of the victims and in some pregnant womens amniotic fluid. The devices resemble electronic chips ( much smaller than we have even conceived of ) and were artificially spliced into the genetic structure. The purpose of this genetic manipulation is not known, however it consists of medical-genetic technology far beyond our wildest dreams. It has also become obvious that the aliens are developing a crossbreed between themselves and humans. Several of the results of these cross breedings have been identified and are being monitored in hopes of learning the ultimate goal. It is theorized that the goal is to breed a continuance of their race that will be able to live alongside humans without using them for food. It is theorized that the aliens wish to end the present situation by having crossbred a race that can eat as we do ( normally, for example Greys absorb energy right through their skin and their mouth has got nothing to do with eating ). This is the liberal viewpoint. In view of what is happening, however, the theories do not hold up upon examination.
The main reason being that the number of aliens has not increased but the number of victims has. There are other reasons. Indications are that something very ominous is approaching. Exactly what is only subject to speculation, however, it has been decided that the human race is in great danger. One result of this decision is that the Russians have been informed of the entire situation. This disclosure to the Russians has resulted in more cooperation between the two countries and a tremendous change inside Russia itself. The recent improvement in relations between the two countries has been a direct result of this disclosure. The abductions and disappearances have increased each year so that now it is out of all control. The aliens have also adopted an attitude of contempt and are not even pretending to keep a low profile. In fact speculation is that the aliens wish to be discovered by the population but to what purpose is unknown. This is making it increasingly difficult for Majestic Twelve to keep the lid on.
A crises condition has existed for the last two years. The resultant publicity, books, FOIA requests, etc., have seriously disturbed the control group. The result is that a minority is pushing toward disclosure. The majority is keeping the lid on until EXCALIBUR can be utilized. One of the major blocks to public disclosure is that apparantly the aliens have played a major role in the religious history of the human race. Some of the aliens claim that they created religion as we know it in order to control their food supply. The aliens claim and have furnished proof that Christ was their creation and MJ-12 is in possession of a film which authenticates this claim. It is feared that disclosure would cause the collapse of civilization as we know it and result in anarchy and/or a new religion worshipping the aliens. At the very least even the most optimistic do fear that the world power structure and economy would be shaken to its very foundations, the outcome of which cannot be predicted. It can be stated with some authority that the human race may be the result of alien genetic engineering.

Majestic 12 Projects

The operations listed here were current as late as 1976 with absolute certainity and some are still operational to the best of our knowledge. The names of the original operations were changed several times over the years and eventually evolved ino those listed.

PROJECT SIGN: Project was created in 1947 to acquire as much information as possible about UFOs, their performance characteristics and their purposes. In order to preserve security, liason between Project Sign and MJ-12 was limited to two individuals within the intelligence division of the Air Material Command whose roll was to pass along certain types of information through channels. Project Sign evolved Project Grudge in December of 1948.

PROJECT GRUDGE: Grudge contains 16 volumes of documented information collected from the beginning of the United States investigation of the Unidentified Flying Objects Identified Alien Crafts ( IACs ). The project was founded by the CIA, ( confidential funds, non-appropriated ) and money from the illicit drug trade. ( It was rumoured in the high echelons of the Air Force that participation in the illegal drug trade was justified in that it would identify and eliminate the weak elements of our society. ) Project Grudge had an overt civilian counterpart named PROJECT BLUE BOOK, with which we are all familiar. Only "safe" reports were passed to Project Blue Book.

PROJECT BLUE BOOK: A U.S. Air Force, UFO, and Alien Intelligence collection and disinformation project. This project was terminated and its collected information and duties were absorbed by project Aquarius. A classified report named "Grudge/Blue Book, Report Number 13" is the only significant information derived from the project and is unavailable to the public.

PROJECT GLEEM: In 1953, Project Gleem was initiated by order of President Eisenhower, who believed the UFOs presented a threat to the national security of the United States. Project Gleem, which became Project Aquarius in 1966.

PROJECT AQUARIUS: Established in 1953 by President Eisenhower under control of MJ-12 and PROJECT SIGN. The project contains all information collected by the United States since it began investigating UFOs and IACs. This project became an independent project when PROJECT SIGN was eliminated in 1960. Project Aquarius referred to aliens as Alien Life Forms ( ALFs ). The mission of Project Aquarius was to gather all scientific, technological, medical and intelligence information from UFOs & IAC sightings and contacts with Alien Life Forms. The information was to be used in the space program.

PROJECT BANDO: Originally established in 1949. Its mission was to collect and evaluate medical information from the surviving alien creatures and the recovered alien bodies. This project medically examined EBE and provided United States medical researchers with certain answers to the evolution theory. (OPR: CIA) Terminated in 1974.

PROJECT GARNET: Garnet is the project responsible for control of all information and documents regarding this subject and accountability of the information and documents.

PROJECT LUNA: Luna is an alien base on the far side of the Moon. It was seen and filmed by Apollo Astronauts. A base, a mining operation using very large machines, and a very large alien craft described in sighting reports as Mother Ships exist there.

PROJECT SIGMA: Established in 1954 as part of PROJECT SIGN. The mission of Project Sigma was to establish communication with the aliens. First communication was established in 1959 through binary computer language. On April 25, 1964 a USAF ( OSI ) officer met with aliens at a prearranged desert location in New Mexico. Information was exchanged and basic understanding was reached after several hours. it was learned through this effort that several species of alien life existed. Communication was eventually established with all of them. Through communications it was determined that 3 categories existed. The three categories are MALEVOLENT ( dangerous ), BENEVOLENT ( good-helpful ) and NEUTRAL ( observers only ). The project has been extremely succesful.

OPERATION PAPERCLIP: US's search and capture of german scientist at the end of WWII.

PROJET PLATO: Established in 1960 after the United States established communications with the aliens, Project Plato is the project responsible for Diplomatic Relations with aliens. Project Plato made agreements in order to prevent hostilities between the United States and the aliens. An agreement was made with the MALEVOLENT aliens whereby they could abduct humans. The purpose of these abductions were to provide blood and other biological fluids as food for the aliens. The aliens agreed to furnish a list periodically to MJ-12 of the names of those abducted. Project Plato took whatever steps neccessary to prevent public disclosure.

PROJECT PLUTO: Established in 1947 after the Roswell incident. The mission of Project Pluto was to recover all crashed or downed alien craft, to recover all evidence of alien presence or technology, and to recover all alien bodies ( alive or dead ). Project Pluto developed cover stories to satisfy press and civilian curiosity. Project Pluto was authorized use of deadly force and/or relocation to insure secrecy. This project was responsible for and biological intelligence of the Alien Life Forms.

PROJECT POUNCE: Established in 1968. Mission of the prject was to evaluate all UFO/IAC information pertaining to space technology. The goal was to duplicate the technology and/or improve upon it. Ultimate use of the technology would establish the United States as the dominate world power and close the gap in any confrontation with the aliens. Naturally this project also provided cover stories and operations to mask the true endeavor, whenever necessary. Covers which have been used were crashed experimental aircraft, construction, mining, etc. This project has been succesful and is probably on-going today.

PROJECT RAINBOW: ( Also known as the PHILADELPHIA EXPERIMENT ) Project Rainbow was an experiment conducted upon a small destroyer escort ship during World War II, both in the Philadelphia Naval Yard and at sea; the goal was to make that ship invisible to enemy detection and had probbly something to do with time travel technology. The experiment was a horrific failure and resulted in the loss of the entire battle ship and its full crew.

PROJECT REDLIGHT: Established in 1954, Redlight was the project to test fly recovered alien craft. This project was carried out at AREA 51, Groom Lake, ( Dreamland ) in Nevada. Project Redlight was terminated in 1963 after every ( flyable ) recovered craft exploded during test flights. There were no survivors among the human test pilots. The project, however, resumed in 1972. UFO sightings of craft accompanied by Black Helicopters are Project Redlight assets. This project is believed to be still operational, now on-going at AREA 51 in Nevada.

PROJET SNOWBIRD: A very successful disinformation operation which was established as a cover for PROJECT REDLIGHT. A "Flying Saucer" type aircraft was built using conventional technology. It was unveiled to the press and flown in public on several occasions. The purpose was to explain accidental sightings or disclosures of REDLIGHT as having been Snowbird crafts.

PROJECT JOSHUA: A project to develop a low frequency pulsed sound generator. The energy produced from this generator was to be concentrated so that it could be aimed and used as a weapon in order to destroy the alien craft and beam weapons. The alien beam weapons were described as ange but able to incapacitate or destroy any weapons system known to date ( 1972 ). The aliens also possess a beam weapon which is described as being able to paralyse any human within range. Tests were described as having shown that the alien craft and weapons were extremely sensitive to low frequency pulsed sound waves. This weapon was to be used to incapacitate the alien defenses in order to allow PROJECT EXCALIBUR to succeed in its mission. The initial technology used in this project was captured from the Germans during WWII. The German sound generators were described as being able to knock down reinforced concrete buildings and shatter 4" thick armour from a great range. This technology is believed to further substantiate that Germany had recovered alien craft and had possibly had some dealings with the aliens prior to or during WWII. Documents captured during and after WWII indicated that an alien craft had been recovered by Germany in 1939. A German built flying saucer was captured dur last few months of WWII.

PROJECT EXCALIBUR: Established in 1972. The mission of Project Excalibur is to develop a weapons system capable of destroying the alien underground base after the alien beam weapons have been incapacitated or destroyed. The alien underground base is located beneath an indian reservation near the small town of Dulce, New Mexico. The device must be capable of penetrating 1,000 meters of tufa/hard pack soil and sustain no operational damage. This type is commonly found in New Mexico where the alien base is located. Missile apogee must not exceed 30,000 feet AGL. Impact deviation will now exceed 50 meters. The device will carry a 1 megaton warhead.

OPERATION UFO: ( NSA operation in support of PROJECT PLUTO ) The mission of Operation UFO was to form intelligence teams versed in all of the knowledge learned which would be the first on scene of any UFO crash site in order to secure the technology and prevent it from falling into foreign hands. Several teams existed over the world. The United States was specifically concerned that it did not fall into Soviet hands. This mission was to be accomplished no matter the country of occurrance. Many subsequent Alien Craft recoverys would occur in foreign countrys as well as the United States. UFO was also used to recover downed space hardware ( especially to recover nuclear weapons which became lost ( usually by accident )).

OPERATION MOONDUST: The mission of Operation Moondust was to provide a cover which would neutralize public curiosity while recovery of an alien craft was being conducted. The teams that made up the compliment of Moondust were the same teams that made up UFO. Moondust was made public and its mission ( to the public ) was to identify and recover United States space hardware which might fall to earth.

OPERATION BLUEFLY: ( Supported Ufo and Moondust ) The mission of operation Bluefly was to provide QUICK REACTION COMBAT TEAMS known as ALPHA teams ( fight for technology if neccessary ), mechanical and technological support in recovery, rapid and secure transport to secure storage and examination areas. There are several of these storage and examination areas in order to limit distance travelled and thus limit the possible chance of an accident that things could leak to public knowledge. Several teams existed over the world. Recovery and transport of both EBEs ( dead or alive ) and alien craft were accomplished. Bluefly was also utilized in event of recovery of space objects ( of terrestrial origin ), and event of recovery of lost nuclear weapons, usually due to accident.
